Farinart maintains ongoing internal and external audit processes to ensure quality and compliance with various manufacturing standards.

By abiding by the rules and standards of several regulatory bodies, we can ensure our products meet our clients’ requirements – and also those of the customers they want to reach. Certifications we have obtained include those from Ecocert Canada for our organic products (a standard which is compliant with the Québec, Canada, USA (USDA-NOP) and EEC standards), and all of our products are certified Orthodox Union Kosher and Halal. We are also members of several industry associations such as BAC (Baking Association of Canada), Flax Council of Canada, CTAC (Conseil de la transformation agroalimentaire et des produits de consommation, Quebec’s food and agrifood processing council), and CBQ (Conseil de la boulangerie du Québec, Quebec’s baking council), keeping us abreast of any trends affecting the food industry.
